When my family barbecues on July 4th there is always a fight. You see, we have two schools of barbecue in the family. My father is the charcoal man and my uncle, his brother, is the gas grillin’ man. My father always says that since the dawn of man, meat was made on a fire, real fire! When man discovered fire, he used two sticks, or two stones or whatever and did not go to the local propane distributor.
